Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
The Mac Corner is a Colorado retail and electronics repair business. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website or contact us. We aim to collect only what we need to operate the website, respond to inquiries, and improve our services.
Google review photos
When available, reviewer profile photos load directly from Google. Your browser sends Google your IP address and browser information to retrieve them. We send no page referrer with these image requests.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, message, and device or repair information. We use these details to respond and help with product or repair requests. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website inquiries are delivered by email, not saved as website content. Copies may be retained in our email systems and by delivery providers.
Analytics, security, and cookies
We use PostHog to understand website use and marketing performance. Analytics include pages visited, product clicks, referral sources, campaign information, browser and device details, page loading speed, layout stability, interaction responsiveness, and whether contact forms are started, abandoned, or submitted.
Our analytics are configured without analytics cookies or persistent browser identifiers. Performance measurements exclude element text, selectors, and resource addresses. We do not create identified visitor profiles, record browsing sessions, or collect form field contents through analytics. Our website analytics are disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.
Cloudflare hosts and protects our website. Cloudflare and our analytics providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and security logs. We also use IP addresses to limit repeated form submissions.
Our contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. When you reach a form, your browser loads the check from Cloudflare, which receives your IP address, browser and connection characteristics, and the website address to tell people from bots. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
We may use cookies or browser storage for security, staff sign-in, and essential website functions. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies ourselves. Third-party content may use cookies or similar technologies as described below.
Reviews, videos, and external services
We may display public Google reviews, including review text, display names, ratings, and dates. We temporarily cache these reviews and business rating totals to improve performance. The review cards are displayed by our website without an embedded Google reviews widget.
Embedded YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode and load only after you choose to play them; until then, no content is requested from YouTube. Playing a video connects your browser to Google's services, sharing technical information such as your IP address and browser details. YouTube may still use cookies or similar technologies. See Google's Privacy Policy.
On product pages, an Acima banner image loads from an external server, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Following the banner takes you to Acima's website.
Links to Google Maps, social media, Acima, and other external sites are subject to those services' privacy practices. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell customer inquiry information or use it for behavioral advertising. We share information with hosting, security, email, and analytics providers as needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information as required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, or legal rights.
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy. Inquiries may be kept for correspondence, customer service, business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Analytics and security records are retained according to service settings, provider policies, and operational needs. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or allowed to expire.
Your privacy choices and requests
Contact us to request access to information you provided, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or ask privacy questions. Deletion is subject to applicable legal and business recordkeeping requirements.
We may need to verify your identity. Provide enough information to locate your inquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents unless requested through a secure process.
